Morning Red Weight Loss Smoothie with Cho-Yung Tea

Using fresh seasonal produce maximises its nutritional content and also reflects our summer season – now that it has finally arrived!
To help with your weight loss plan all cooking methods are healthy and matched to that particular ingredient. All portion sizes have been taken from the World Cancer Research Fund who has conducted extensive research into what is a healthy portion.
Any leftover food can be frozen or eaten the next day to save you time. It may even be worth bulk cooking so that you can have a day off occasionally.

 • You have all the remaining ingredients!
 • 1 cup of Cho-Yung tea
